By accessing or using the Covault Operational Intelligence OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Access to the OS is governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between Covault Engineering and your organization. In the event of a conflict, the MSA prevails.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software. You agree to use the software only for lawful business purposes related to operational management.
Covault Engineering retains all rights, title, and interest in the software and underlying methodology. You retain all rights to the data you ingest into the system.
The software is provided "as is". Covault Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, except as explicitly outlined in the MSA SLA.
